Non-Surgical Aesthetics Trainer
Lauren Clarke is a highly experienced RN, clinical trainer and cosmetic injector with over 13 years in aesthetic medicine. As Registered Nurse and founder of LiLa Aesthetic Studio, she specializes in injectables, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and advanced laser therapies.
Lauren has trained over 5,000 healthcare professionals and previously held roles as Vice Principal at Bellevue Beauty Academy and educator for Thalgo Cosmetics Australia. She has worked with leading brands including Allergan, Galderma, Profhilo, Merz, Cryomed, and Coolsculpting – earning the Cosmetic Nurse of the Year title at Artisan Clinics in 2020 and 2021.
Her hands-on, multi-modal training approach is tailored to support all learning styles, and she is passionate about helping practitioners build confidence, master consultations, and deliver safe, results-driven care. A proud member of the Cosmetic Nurses Association and AMET, Lauren is also an advocate for ongoing education and high standards in client care.
Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, wellness retreats, and strumming the guitar in her spare time.
